01 General Terms

Welcome to Spree. By accessing or using any part of the Spree platform — including our website, mobile experience, games, promotions and support services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the player) and Spree.

These terms apply to all sections of the platform: Slots, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports Betting, VIP programme and any other feature currently available or added in the future. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use the Spree platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You are not a current employee of Spree, a business partner, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the platform.

Spree may require identity verification at any point — including before processing a withdrawal. This may involve submitting a copy of your CNIC, a recent bank statement, or a utility bill in your name. These checks are standard practice and help us keep the platform safe for everyone. Accounts that cannot be verified may be temporarily suspended until the process is complete.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account on Spree. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated balances may be voided and the accounts closed.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Spree is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

04 Deposits

Spree accepts deposits exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as listed on the Deposit page. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and are shown at the time of transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your Spree account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. If a deposit does not appear after 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number so we can investigate promptly.

Spree does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before making a deposit.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. If that method is unavailable, our support team will work with you to arrange an alternative. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Withdrawal page and may vary by method.

Before any withdrawal is approved, Spree may carry out standard identity and payment verification checks. This is a routine security measure and not a reflection on your account standing. Please ensure your verification documents are up to date to avoid unnecessary delays.

• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of that specific bonus being met in full.
• Spree reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval, depending on the payment method.
• Spree does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Processing times may vary by bank or wallet provider.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Spree offers various bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, VIP rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League (PSL) or T20 internationals. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit amounts and wagering requirements, which are displayed clearly on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window specified on the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as real cash.
3. Only one bonus may be active per account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
4. Spree reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players with an active bonus at the time of modification will not be affected retroactively.
5. Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to meet requirements — will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Spree — including Slots, Live Casino tables and Bingo rooms — operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or supervised live dealer formats. Game outcomes are governed by chance and cannot be influenced by players or Spree staff.

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the platform:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Spree will not reverse a settled bet due to a player's change of mind.
• In the event of a technical fault or interruption during a game round, Spree will make every reasonable effort to resolve the round fairly. Where this is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other external tools to play games or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Players must not deliberately exploit game errors or glitches. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Spree's decision regarding disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the internal dispute resolution process outlined in our support guidelines.

08 Sports Betting

The Sports section on Spree covers cricket — including Pakistan national matches, T20 internationals and Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures — as well as football, esports and other markets. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

• Bets are accepted only while a market is open. Once a market is suspended or closed, no further bets will be accepted on that event.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended temporarily during key moments of a match. This is standard practice and not an error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided by the governing body, Spree will settle bets in accordance with standard industry rules for that sport.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Spree reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where clear pricing errors occurred, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

For cricket markets specifically — including PSL, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — settlement is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket board. No bets will be settled on the basis of unofficial sources or social media reports.

09 Responsible Gaming

Spree is committed to supporting a healthy gaming environment. Gaming should always be enjoyable and treated as a form of entertainment — never as a way to generate income or recover financial losses. We provide the following tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Take a short break from the platform — from 24 hours up to several weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Request a full exclusion from the platform for a defined or indefinite period.

10 Account Termination

You may close your Spree account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met and no outstanding verification issues exist.

Spree reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if:

• False or misleading information was provided during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts were operated by the same individual.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or fraudulent activity is found.
• Automated tools or bots were used to interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks were initiated against Spree without valid cause.
• The account was used in a manner that violated these terms or caused harm to other players or the platform.

In cases of suspected fraud or significant terms violations, Spree may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

11 Limitation of Liability

Spree provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and deliver a reliable experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted, Spree shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings or opportunities resulting from platform downtime or technical faults.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these terms.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to use of the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded.

12 Changes to Terms

Spree may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, game offerings or operational requirements. When significant changes are made, we will display a notice on the platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
